C 133379 (hereinafter the “Controller”), hereby informs you, as a data subject, about the manner of collecting and processing your personal data in connection with the operation of the website webrm-stage.cap-net.cz.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

Handling of enquiries and requests: If you contact us via the web form, we process your name and e-mail so that we can reply to you (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations: Retention of data for accounting and tax purposes if a business relationship arises (pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Legitimate interest: Ensuring the security of the website and analysing its functionality (pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period of personal data

We retain data from contact forms for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, but no longer than 1 year, unless a contract is concluded.

In the case of a contractual relationship, we retain the data for 10 years from the end of the cooperation (pursuant to the VAT Act).

The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data. Only authorised persons of the Controller have access to the data. Web communication is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.
